Why do I keep getting an error?

Whenever I try to join a game it says agent error.

Do not care about the agent error. Just play the game will do. Everyone does get agent error when they are in the game so hope this answers your questions.

i get agent error when i join a server, and all the players have 0 or 999 in ping and they dont move.... what should i do??

Let me help you out, if you have firewall turn it off and if you have a router portforward, portforward ports 7700-7800, if you don't know how to portforward or if this doesn't work then let me know.
