NEED HELP! please read

I am desperately in love with this game, even though I just started playing.
I will explain to you my situation.

The guns servers work fine, I can get on and interact with people. but when I try to get into a game, nobody is moving. everybody is standing in place with these little life lines with the non smoking circles around it.

a jagged line with a red circle and cross through. has anybody experienced this?
but yet, it still says that people are getting killed. so somehow people are playing.

I desperately want to play, and any help would be appreciated.

This would be "Agent Error" Basically meaning that the connections between you and the others players are being blocked. Generally port forwarding or careful cponfiguration of your firewall should solve the problem

yea or maybe your computer is not up to stabdard with this game or ure internet may block them form being visible

thanks everybody. im not very technical, so I dont know about port forwarding, and checking firewalls. I did play yesterday though, so I dont know if that would help anybody.
my computer is pretty good, I think it should handle it. I have high speed, that pentium 4 processer, I dont know much about it other than that. but if it will run battlefield, it should run gunz.

if anybody could explain to me port forwarding, or blocking and all that tech stuff. any explanations would be totally appreciated.

the best solution is go buy 2K pc and 1G/s internet connection,,,lyk me
