Help Please.

Ok, now i have looked for ages this morning trying to find a fix before asking on here.

Now basically i have a problem with the launcher screen.

I downloaded Inciths full installer for the new patch, installed.

Now when i try and run gunz it loads up the launcher screen, i wait about a minute and then get the message [TIP] Please Check Your Internet Connection. After this msg the backdrop to the launcher screen comes up with a "page cannot be displayed".

Now i no it shouldnt be caused by a firewall as i dont run one actively on my PC, and it shouldnt be my router as i never had problems running gunz before. And i have now unisntall and reinstalled the game many times.

So any ideas, or any indicators to threads i have missed would be appreciated.

Well i know i sound like everybody else. But if you are getting that, than something is blocking gunz from connecting to the internet. Maybe enable then disable your firewall. or it may be your router, you might have to change some settings on that. But i think you should browse through the stickies in this board.

Yeah, it sounds like something is blocking its connection to the internet, but i dont no what it could be, i dont use a software firewall, and the routers firewall has never blocked gunz before, sooo.

I don't mean to be the biggest faggot in the world, but, how old are you? Your parents may think that you play Gunz too much and filtered out Gunz. Just a thought. If not, the only thing that could explain something like this would be your ports. Try toggling options dealing with your ports.

>_<, lol, well self titled "biggest faggot in the world", eh um. Nah joking, i am 16, havent played gunz in a month, sorta rules out the playing gunz option too much, and i have full access to the router so um it isnt that

Problem with the router is that it is a D-Link and i cant manuel choose the ports i want to forward it has set names and i dont think i can add any, but i will have a look.

Ok, update, if anybody is bothereing to read this post...

I now have tha magic launcher installed, lets me get to the login screen.

Got that far and no servers.

Next step, ok downloaded the server fix and hey presto there are servers.

No all i get is that i cannot access server, any ideas?

yeah i have the same problem. my route (D-Link) didnt block connections before. it started to happen right after i recovered my pc. and my firewall was on last time when i was able to play
