Computer Restarts When Not In Match.

Hello. i have an issue. my computer restarts every time im playing it happens in between matches. IE in the lobby, surver lists, channle slection area, or when buying or equiping items. there doesent seem to be a "trigger" to it so that leads me to beleave that my graphics card or power supply are not up to the task. which seems odd as well. so here are my pc specs.

Windows XP Home edition
AMD Athlon XP 2600+ (2.1GHz)
Graphics card is a Radeon 9550 AGP.
Direct X 9.0

also in the begining the computer just whent black and froze dont know if that is any help.

If anyone has an idea what is wrong please tell me. THANK YOU in advance.

Im not too sure but have you try updating your graphic card driver?

And use directx 9.0c instead of 9.0
