New Update Causes Screen lag?

My video card isn't great but it was good enough to play gunz quite smoothly before the update. However, after torrenting the update and finally installing, I began having screen lag issues. It was as if my computer couldn't handle gunz anymore. I don't know if it is a connection (can't be cause my ping was still low), memory (worked fine before), or video card (again worked fine before) issue. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix?

I'm attempting to redownload the game...maybe that will help but if anyone knows another remedy please share.

im havin the same prob...
well i updated gunz and it worked... then a few days later i bought a new comp
this computer is much faster and has a way better video card but after bout 15 min of startin my comp up GunZ starts to screen lag like no other... its so laggy
that i cant even charge a massive up... it wont let me...

maybe my default video card for my motherboard is conflicting with the new video card i put in? o_O

PS: ive already redownloaded/installed and its still havin problems

just found out that its impossible for me to charge a massive now...
when i hold down slash it like resets the anime and im standing still
so i can never charge a massive -_-

Try putting your video settings all the way down. Sometimes when the game updates your config resets.

Confirm its lagging very much. I just login to test just now.

Those who pose the full version gunz either official or unofficial versions(including myself) after the July 27 update works without any torrenting but you have to wait for the start button to come out.

And its true its lagging very much, first time test after afk for so long in gunz recently. (-_-).

I tried redownloading a another version of gunz (the one provided by gunzfactor uploaded onto megaupload or something). Anyways, it was a bit better than my old version. There wasn't much lag but still enough to seriously hinder game play. I also tried lowering graphics and it doesn't work. Could it be too little computer memory? anyone?

i think i have a more diff problem than u....

when i first go into a game (start game or intrusion) GunZ is totally fine

then when i go into another one (after i leave the first game i played) GunZ will start actin up on me... like i cant charge a massive cause it resets my anime idk why...

My installer and the official installer aren't going to affect performance. Same game, same executables, same data, same all.

I've also been experiencing much worse screen lag this recent patch, one thing that was contributing to it was Winamp. Winamp has never lagged my gunz before, but this time it was. But it's still not normal..

I haven't been able to verify, but isn't X-Trap taking up more memory and resources than normal? It looks high. o_O
