![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi all, I have a great idea to minimize the troubleshooting part on gunz for some people. But I need a utility or tool or even a website that can tell us what our computer spec, directx, windows version, software use, antivirus, firewall running in the background or taskbar and also took a picture of our desktop. So that whoever have problems and just run this tool and post the report here. It will took some guessing work out of some problems here. Anyone have any suggestion for it? Must be either a freeware tool or website. No spamming and flaming here please. A big thank you. |

![]() | http://www.sisoftware.net/index.html Link to download Sandra Lite (free): http://www.sisoftware.net/index.html...64&langx=en&a= To use: 1. Download, unzip, and run san****.exe (where **** is a set of numbers indicating it's version -- right now it should look like san1099.exe) 2. At the end of the installation make sure the box is checked to "Run SiSoft Sandra now" 3. When the program opens you'll see a window with several icons. Double-click the green icon labeled "Hardware" 4. On the next screen double-click the icon labeled "Computer Overview" 5. At this point another window will open. As directed, do not move your mouse or use your computer until the window has been populated. 6. At the bottom left of the window you'll see an icon that says "Copy to Clipboard". Click that. 7. After you have written out your problem in UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH (!!!!!) skip a few lines and paste the computer specs into the post box. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I mean detail but yours too detail, I can tell you are using a workstation mainboard, must be pretty expensive. I just want some hardware info plus the software or security, antivirus info that the players are using, mades troubleshooting much easier. I did saw someone post somewhere the info or his/her computer but cant remember its a website or tools he/she use. I forgot which forum or website the info comes up. (-_-). |
