What did i do to get uberbanned?

Hello, i am Tanac in game. just got the game last night, installed and started playing today, im a total noob so i run around stabbing and shooting everyone kinda fun but:

earlier i was in game and someone called me a hacker! wtf! i got booted (once again) and now i cant even connect to any servers to play a game,....... WTF!!!!!

i dont understand.... is there a rule against bieng a noob? i havent used any progs except this Gunz launcher w/e kinda hard to enjoy the game now.

That happens sometimes just try to log on or restart the gunz launcher

hmm,.. i think i see my problem... i am currently using a cable isp and im for some reason getting terrible pings in games. when i try to connect to servers it says "cannot access server" other games i play i get pings that are fine (90- 150 or so) but when i hit tab in game i see mine as 0 and other players as 999.
any ideas about what causes this and how i can possibly fix it?

Ahh Agent error it isnt your modem it is distance lag your connection has no problems. To help fix agent error i would suggest Port Forwarding,Or turning off your firewall (Because firewalls intefere with your connection to other players in game).

i play gunz with my firewall on.. u just need to forward the ports gunz uses to your computer

ok i am using port forwarding, and i also updated the launcher.... still getting the server connect error but i know its not my connection my browser and other games work fine.

wow, ok yall check this out:
i load the launcher, attempt to connect to servers but get more errors. so then i alt/tab out of the game, i alt/tab back in right? im connected.... i select my character and my screen goes black with my cursor.... alt/tab again and im in the lobby. i join a game... nothing so i alt/tab and guess what? im in the game.... with my ping of 0 and 999 for everyone else. so for the heck of it i run around and stab everyone in the game 20 times and empty all my magizines scoring hits every shot hahahaha! ok yea its lame i know but anyways: anyone else have that stuff happen to them? im gonna try that tool on the forums and if that dont work ill reinstall the game.

*EDIT* ok i tried the tool... nothing different, i reinstalled using the installer i found on forums... same crap, i give up

a new computer because i constantly get lagged out? thats insane! lmao! no i constantly lag out of the game no matter what i try, its a software issue (obviously) not hardware. everything else runs fine i was just wondering if this happens to other people. the alt/tab thing is kinda wierd i thought but no matter how many times i reconnect, reinstall or w/e i keep getting a messed up connection.
