Agent Error + Lagg Need help!!

i need serious help !

okay,

I've been having AE for a while i fixed abit of it,
the thing is... that when im playing ijji in the North American game/lobby i get pings like 118-150 so i think thats okay,
The 2nd part is that when i connect to EU (i am dutch from Holland..) everyone suddenly AE's.

I've tryed lots of things realy alot ! but now people in EU have 100-245 ping to me :S!

I dont use a router, my firewall/antivirus is off when i play the game, idk what the problem is and i hope some off you can help me.

Well idk whats your problem .
But i will make a suggestion , not to be mean , learn how to lead and stay in NA server xD.
