Packets

Does anyone know how come ijji.com doesn't receive the packets my computer or internet is sending to it? Because when i tried to ping "Gunz.ijji.com" it kept telling me that no packets were being received. Please help me cause i have almost no game that is actually FUN to play. Also please don't give me suggestions for games to play other then ijji games. Thanks in advance.

Edit:And no im not talking about me trying to packet edit ijji. >.> talking about my internet sends my info to ijji but i don't receive any from ijji. if you don't know what i mean just go start>run>cmd. Then when your in cmd type "Ping (a website) enter and you'll see. i get request timed out for ijji.

Edit2:Please someone answer my question. Also could someone post their ijji gunz.exe and config.xml? And could you guys also tell me how to give all exception rights to gunz.exe?
