| Gunzfactorian Commando | You can always format your harddrive and add XP. Otherwise, I highly doubt you'll be able to get a newer cpu. ^^ that laptop can run WoW. WoW from my experience is a pretty low end game. |

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | And because they suck. Can't change the screen, keyboard, or anything else EASILY for that matter. What if your keyboard breaks? Send it in and wait three weeks. Screen breaks? Send it in. Wifi won't work? Send it in. Congratulations. Might as well not even use a computer or even the internet if you're willing to wait. |

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | Well if I am going to get a computer, might as well buy one when I move back to korea :/ BUT I might buy that computer aztec posted, it looks really good for that low budget. Then buy a laptop just for my personal use and as long as it can handle WoW, all good. Repping Aztec today lulz |

| Gunzfactorian Commando | Since you have a 2-3 K budget. I'd do both, buy a 1000$ laptop. (Should be able to find one that can play some games on low gfx and such.) Thats what I paid for mine anyways. Then spend about 1500 on a desktop. If you build it you'll be able to get a really awesome cpu. If you buy one you'll still be an okay one. That way you have games on the go, as well as hardcore gaming when you're at home. |
