lag/comp issue need help

2day i had like athunderstorm which made me d/c so i stop playing for like 1 hr then when i came back on my internet was like mad slow well slower then usual then i loged on gunz and in every room with more then 3 ppl my ping would go up to from 600 to 17k i got some screen shots can any1 tell me whats causing this? i never spike unless theres over 12 ppl now i spike in every room plz help

if this is surpose to be in screen shot section im srry

Contact your internet provider. It seems that maybe one of the cable lines/your modem is messed up in some way.(If you go through cable.)

Either way, contact your ISP definitely. It could be your modem if you're going through cable.
