Sony Vegas freezes my computer

I've downloaded Sony Begas 8.0b build 217 (Trial) and it will freeze my computer (I can't ctrl+alt+del or altF4 or anything), so I am forced to hard restart my computer. I've had this same problem with other versions of Sony Vegas as well. It seems like it happens whenever I happen to move my mouse pointer around a little too fast for it handle.

If it helps the diagnosis, I am using straight, uncompressed .avi clips that FRAPS gives me.

u might have some compatibility problems

I think that your computer doesn't like Sony Vegas, maybe a hardware conflict.
