| Gunzfactorian Commando | I just bought a belkin F5D7231-4 to use with my college laptop. I can connect to the router easy. But when it says im "connected" it does not load any webpages, i cant use msn or do anything. It just stays a white screen but says im connected. Anyone know a solution as i need it to complete an assignment. +rep to whoever helps. Thanks -Gamezman |

![]() | Are you sure your laptop detects the wireless connection? On the lower-right of the screen (the toolbar), you should see your laptop connected to the network. If not, try this: Go to the Control Panel (make sure it's in Classic view, not Category) and then go to Network Connections. Right click the 'Wireless Network Connection' icon, which is your wireless connection device and go to properties. Click 'Configure' and go to the 'Power Management' tab and make sure you uncheck 'Allow computer to turn off device to save power'. Just post again if that's not the problem. |
