gunz custom pic on server select screen

I paste it in gunz folder but y no work?

Gunz uses a security thing called CRC32, which is basically a code for each file and placed in system.mrs> filelist.xml.

If you edit something, you will need to generate a whole new CRC32 code for that file and replace it in filelist.xml.

But of course, changing the picture is still part of hacking. There are tools that let you do such thing but I can't link you.

The max resolution is 1024 x 768
I think it has to be a jpeg

I never really saw the point of using it. I mean, you're not going to just sit there and stare at the server selection screen.

it WOULD be just for looks somthing diffrnt instead of staring at the same background everytime u log in.

Oh, it was something that ijji did when the game first started being hosted. I wonder why they changed it..
