Problem whilst playing gunz

Whenever I get into a game, my charecter starts looking down and spinning. I've tried changing the sensitivity of my mouse, disabling it, disabling my touchpad and now i'm stuck. help anyone?

Don't disabled the gamepad. Pull it out in general

Bring the controller sensitivity to 0 (NOT mouse sensitivity, but controller sensitivity).
