Game error - Help?

Started yesterday now game doesn't work, I've tried re-download and re-install.
I press the "Play Live" it shows the "Connecting to server. Please wait." orange box.
Then it shows an error called "FFFFFFFFFFFFFB" or something and it says "Unable to retrive necessary game information.", does anyone know what that is/how to solve it?

Please help.

well the letters are hexademical numbers, but I'm not quite sure what the cause is. The way the error reads is either a bad file or something..... Was it a windows error or game error?
