Extreme spike// Don't know what to do!!?

Hi people it's been really getting annoying and I have no idea what to do.

So... while playing GunZ (lobby too) i just get lag spikes for a period then return normal, this happens a WHOLE lot! my screen goes slow moving and i can barely play.

I tried everyhing. reboot a month. virus off. firewalls off. cookie refresh.

Still lag. I even uninstalled it.
Though i've never forwarded ports.

And more weird is that i never had this problem before on other game, but now that other game lags too.

Im using wireless (no stick) to netgear UPC (router) of my dad (he's in living room)

PLEASE HELP!! I beg..
