Online keyboard?

Apparantly i have a pw stealer, and atm i got avg 8.0 running, should i used on-screen keyboard to tpye in my info?

Umm... no. What you should do, is get rid of the "pw stealer" instead of playing GunZ.

change pw gogogog

you can also try this method posted by someone which i've forgotten, open up a txt file, type in from a-z, 1-0, all symbols, almost everything on your keyboard and then copy paste each

on screen would be better, ignore the above

get rid of AVG while your at it; it was reported to be making some proggies hooked with adware ( meh... it killed my gunz)

Theres is something called a screen keyboard, just look at Start>all programs>bureau accessories> somewhere in that list.

If AVG cannot detect it, how do you know you have a "pw stealer"? Or does it detect it but fail to remove it properly?

Just so you know, it is possible to log mouse presses and your screen. So a screen keyboard is not fool proof. You best bet is to remove the "pw stealer".

Thats what I'm trying to get at, knowing HOW he knows he has a "pw stealer" might help us to help him.

If he posts back saying, "AVG detects it, but can't remove it". Chances are it can be identified and that someone else on the interwebz has also had a problem with it. With a bit of searching, its likely someone else has already found and shared a fix.
