icop: This function is not supported...??

I keep getting error that says "Icop: Function is not supported". Does that mean that i cant play Gunz on this comp? I have ME, DirectX 9.0, etc. I also had english Gunz on before the torrent thing they added. So, does this mean I just cant play Gunz on this comp?

I'm having the same problem.

I was able to play this game on the same computer a year ago, so I doubt it has to do with specs.

Hmmm, looks like the same problem people using windows 98 error that posted here.

Could you tell us when did you encountered this error, like since may or jun update etc.

Hey, I haven't played in a year. I just downloaded the installer of the site. So...I encountered the area around 5 minutes ago.

Ok, the iop or iocp error is encountered after you install May 2006 gunz full version and try to start gunz right?

I encountered it after I test it out in Windows Me, but the Feb 2006 gunz full version doesnt this problem except you need torrent the whole thing again.

Mine still torrenting so Im not sure whether it'll work or not until the torrent files finish before I can test out.

Drag even after this the whole torrenting from FEb 2006, the same iocp error still crops up.
Drag, not even the magic button some posted dated april could help.

Yep, seems like I won't be playing this game anymore.

Sure, it wasn't that great but it was a free FPS that my crap computer could actually play. Have no idea why they'd add something that would alienate players with older comps...but then again, they never did care much for us Internation Users did they.

Im not being rude but the gunz official forum close down since January.
Until now, no news on the offical forum board yet.

I play gunz last year until the dragged January this year(problem crop up and Im unable to play anymore).(T_T).

I found the solution 3 months later which is March. Then the dragged April problem come out.

I found the April solution in this forum, then the dragged May problem, phew I was able to torrent the whole update but it take days.

But the funny thing is, I was able to play Gunz in a Windows Me computer in March then the dragged April came(gunz update). So, now Im playing gunz in Windows Xp.

I think some people here encountered the iocp error after the April update.

If you want try out the Feb 2006 full gunz installation program, I stilL have it but it needs alot of torrenting and theres no guranttee, it will work or solve the iocp error.

Just let me know and I'll try upload it somehow and post the links to you.
