Start Button Frozen

Ok, so I'm new here..since I've been looking into this problem and found no answers on any other forums so I'm giving this forum a shot.

On my boyfriend's computer (which is a Windows 2000) he use to be able to play Gunz until the newest patches from April/May came out..then his launcher never torrented. He downloaded bitcomet and it worked. All the files torrented and got to 100%..usually on my computer you'd have to wait 2-3 minutes then the start button would light up. His never did.

When the full downloadable version came out..I had to put it on his portable USB cord for him to be able to install it. He did that. It went to 100% again. It still won't light up. One time he waited 30 minutes and still nothing happened.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been trying to find the magic button too but no luck so I give up.

I hope more that it works for my boyfriend's computer. It works fine on mine even though when it torrents new patches it's slow as hell.

Torrenting is a big problem but now Im more concern about my gunz project on Windows ME.

Im running windows me in an emulator and now Im need trouble with the
gunz iocp error. Even the feb 2006 gunz dont help out. (T_T).

Project put on hold until I find a solution.
