I think My Graphics Card is out :(

Well not mine, its my cousins, but there is blue lines all over the screen; Like small bits of coding too small for the eye to read but large quantities. The graphics card is a 9600 All in one ATI RADEON. I unplugged the monitor, and tried a different one, Its definitely the computer part. Not sure if it's the graphics card or what. Any suggestions?

prolly most def graphics card, had that before.

Or a small chance is that its a setting that went off on accident.

Nvm, it was graphics card. I took it out, and plugged the monitor up to the one that came with the cpu(radeon bought seperately) and it works now. My cousin=uber happy. lol But it was completly fried. The fan in it wasn't even working LOL
