Lag and spike

Since last week im lagging and spiking.I normally have a 30-90 ping when i play.But im lagging to 150+ and it sucks i get kicked!!!!Can anyone help me??
Is it my ISP and im not on router.

It happens to me too. lol. Maybe try getting a new internet?

Try scanning. Spyware, malware, viruses of adware. All can generate spike.

I also recommend deleting temp files.

kill some memory, use Archetype's FPS fix config, use OneWhoSighs FPS fix.dll
