Serious Problem!!

I have a problem which I believe is due by the graphics card.
My ping rises to 400 when in a room there are more than 7 people.
This only happens to me since I changed a few pieces of my Pc and between them is the graphics card.
Someone could give me a hand?

ping has to do with your router/modem.

not with your gfx card. Try Port Forwarding / Dial up

you will find threads about that through the search funciton.

But if the connection is because I happen only when I changed pc
