Does anyone has the server fix?

I had it when i played some time ago, but i formated my pc and i lost it, and i really need it and all links i find in google( almost all in rapidshare ) Says that File is not found, And i really need that cause they block my country's ips.
Could someone up it or send me via email ? (fvtorres@hotmail.com)
