Kartrider problem

I cant login into Kartrider for a week now.

The official forum solutions doesnt help.

Even my friends computers having the same problem.

We start kartrider, keyin our username and password and press start.
After that nothing comes up on screen.

I even deleted the gameguard folder and let it update again.

BTW, disable antivirus, disable firewalll.

Anyhelp on this problem please?
