GameGuard problem

heres the thing, i installed the ijji version of the game and everything, and i get to nProtect GameGuard updater where it starts updating everything and when it gets to a file called gunzUS.npz it stops and wont continue downloading, and yes i have waited for it to load but it just sits there, if i hit cancel i get gamecode error 350 or sumthin like that. i have tried uninstalling gunz, and gameguard and doing it again, i have even gone in the registry and deleted game guard and ijji/gunz files. i still get the same problem after reinstalling. any one who can offer any help at all it would be greatly appreciated.

yeah, thats basically what i was saying above, i did everything i know possible as in reinstalling and deleting every single file that has to do with gunz and it still doesnt work and other suggestions?

Yes your anti virus this happend to me disable it for 30 min downlaod gunz and then port gamegaurd and your done rep+ if i helped

what do you mean by port gameguard tho? i will disable it, and delete everything, i have international on my comp i dont think that is related to ijji tho so i wont uninstall that and i try again. if it works i will rep+ you =)

also in gunz international which i tried to play since my ijji isnt working gets message agent error : agent not available when i am in game in chat area, and i can walk around and view messages but every one appears to have connection interuption and help on that problem too?

Do you have gameguard.des in your firewall's exception list? The same for Gunz.exe for both Ijji Gunz, and IGunz.

ok i disabled firewall, reinstalled again, i added the files to exception list too and its still not working also my international gunz is still getting the agent error thing

Disabling your firewall defeats the purpose of adding things to the exception list... have it on.

What firewall are you using?

well i knew that but i figure i do them both so when i turned it back on it would be on exception list... i am using avg 7.5 professional

maybe your router doesnt support the game...
which means you have to port forward?

yes that was what i was going to next because of that agent error, but i have to call my isp cause i dont know our dsn servers (for static ip)

At command prompt, type ipconfig/all. That might give you a clue.

yeah i did that but i had to call because it didnt list at ipconfig /all but the thing is i set up static ip, then i went to port forward when i enter my the info to forward ports 7700 and 7800 it says fails to perform the specified action... error: entry already exists so its not letting me do it pretty much, i did everything else the portforwarding told me to do tho, then i went in game and it still says agent error thing and everyone is just sitting there with connection interrupted thingy over there heads. so obviously it doesnt work so i have to somehow enter ports 7700 and 7800 but im not sure how any help? grr so complicated -.-
