spiking

for about 2 weeks ive been spiking from 20-70 ping dunno why and i tried everything to fix. eg. virus/spyware scans, closing other programs while playing gunz, turning off norton 360. and other stuff so i dunno what to do now. i got a nvidia ge force 7600 graphics card. um if i should put other stuff down about my comp that will help tell me and i will. (i dunno much about comps) anyway if u know a way i can try to fix plz tell.

Same ... and on times ... No matter how many shots , when my aim is rly good 2 ... they all say lb and even when i pb them they say lb , like in duels or sumthing O.o
