System Log Error thing

I get to loading pictures and I get a system error log or whatever it is. Here's where is says crash in my mlog.

Exactly what I have.. it should work.. Do this

Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs> Remove GunZ MAIET.
Then
>IE or FF>Gunzfactor.com>Official Maiet Announcements>Get the newest patch witch should be 10.11 or something like that.. and Install and If theres problems Don't hesitate to post again!

Well, the file I just downloaded and waiting almost an hour for...was iGunZ. I really need Ijji GunZ. Can you help me with that?
