Thumbs up update on my problem

so my problem was that whenever i play gunz it will stop at the character select screen and freeze when it is finished panning down

the people on the nexopia forums think this is the problem si i thot i should confirm

they seem to think that is my problem and i was wondering if I should get a new vid card
which brings me to my second question
does anybody know of a reliable vid card for a laptop that is under $100
