loading problem

I downloaded the new update. After it finished i pressed start game .
It have to loading but it isn't. Did it crach? What to do? It all happened after that stupid update. Plaese help!!!! I have AVG antivirus and Acronis*Privacy Expert Suite 9,0. Language packs didn't help. Need help!!!!!!!

what happened though? It crashed at the launcher? or Loading interfaceskin?

If it crashed at interface skin...download the language packs and then turn off your internet protection. I mean disable the WHOLE application, not just the firewall.

Nope, Serial key error is.. quite common now.
