Default wierd connection (details inside)

I have been having these wierd connection issues where most of the time i cannot interact with anyone inside fights. I get the agent error thing, but i can still see the messages for when people kill other players and when people commit suicide. I have cable internet and a D-link 604 router i have forwarded ports 7700,7701,7702,7703,7704,7705, and 7706 it won't let me forward anymore. i never had these issues before the server move a long time ago, and when i do have conections it's for about 45 minutes with an average ping of 50.
