Server wipe?

I was wondering, since I haven't in a while, was there a server wipe for inactive players? Or just a compleate one?

Also, How is it possible for me to update the client when there are zero seeds?

There has never been a server wipe yet. And, are you sure you downloaded the very latest launcher?
