Agent error: agent not available

I constantly get this message when I try to play the game.

I can move around but nobody else on my screen is.

Can anyone help me fix this so I can actually play.

I too have been receiving this message and the same thing occurs. I've reinstalled gunz and even tried the manual updater, but nothing seems to be working. So bloody frustrating.

I've also tried re-installing, updating manually, the whole works.

Nothing seems to do it.

I cant find any options in game either to try to tweak it.

Anyone know how to fix this, please, I really wanna play the game, it looks fun.

i have a friend who is having the exact same problem. we have tried everything to fix it and nothing is working. i dont get this. maiet, please fix this on next update or find out whats wrong. this seems to be a problem for too many people

rofl u just have slow internet bro or a bad connection try rejoining the game and but re-installing gunz has nothing to do with it

if it happens only in 1v1 games with ur friends (swapping) then usually it works if you both join a game after u get agent error one person closes gunz completly while other person stays in game and then the person that left gunz rejoins game it works for me atleast w/e good luck if that doesnt work then... GET A BETTER INTERNET CONNECTION!

dsl isnt slow connection. and also its not that kind of a problem that you can just rejoin and fix. we have tested this and it happens to her no matter what. she can enter twenty games and in all of them she will get the same problem. WITH DSL! now if you dont have a suggestion which fits the problem, please dont post saying one that is for a common problem when this is something that is a bit more serious.

did you bother to read where i said we tried everything? because we tried that too. we have tried fixing it with everything in the options and nothing has worked. now i dont think someone should have to change their internet to play a game that is giving a problem that is not her fault.well maybe this bit of information will help people, she hasnt played for over a year and yes she already got the new launcher.any suggestions?

Okay, this is a >really< common error. It has to do with the fact that you can't connect to other players due to blockage by a firewall or something. It can also happen when you try to play someone on the same network as you (due to IP address conflicts due to NAT).

Please run a search before starting a new thread. You'll find that this has been posted gazillion of times already. And also keep your tech-help questions in the Tech Help section.

Firewall isn't the problem, guys!
The only problem is that the game can't handle routers and/or something like that.

I don't understand why GunZ won't work and all other online games have no problems. I suggest it is the developers fault, isn't it?
