Torrenting files issue

Ok so i was torrenting the files and was almost ready to play becauase ir was on 99%, when i realized it was going from 99.3% to 99.8% and then back to 99.3% and never reaching 100%. So its been like that for liek 5 hours now and i dont knwo what to do...
any ideas?
