Should I reformat?

I get that referenced memory can't be read or written that crashes some programs such as star craft or after I close certain ones I don't get this prob with gunz tho.

Also when I restart my comp I have so many programs that go through that end now process compared to before.

No virus or spyware overall pc works fine.

You cant go wrong wiht reformatting
