Gunz Minimizing and Automatically Closing.

My cousin have this problem.
He'd log in, and click play live. The launcher would load and gameguard does its thing. After that the gunz loads and before it reaches the sever selection, Everything blacks outs, it does the "minimize" animation and Gunz is closed. I tried reinstalling... and doesn't seem to work.

Do you get an error log pop up box?

Does it just close with no error box at all?

Make sure you have the latest Direct X 9.0c installed and that the drivers for your graphics card are up to date. Usually when either one of these aren't installed or up to date, Gunz will crash when it tries to load up the screen.
