| Member | I don't have my firewall on. My firewall is located in that Local Area Connection right? This is weird. Because a message did pop up when my anti-virus program was on, saying it blocked it. But I disabled it, closed it. Still had the same message. I re-installed, still the same message. |

Since you reinstalled... either something is blocking the connection, which includes your so called off firewall; start>Run>type 'msconfig' look under services and startup for your firewall process. Or just turn it on, and add exceptions... Your anti virus could still be running in the background auto corrupting the files thinking they are malicious, either add exceptions or make sure it is completely off. | |
