Ugh...Damn you GameGuard

Okay, I'm starting up my GunZlauncher, I press Start then that GameGuard crap loads up then this comes up

So, I close my virus protector, I try again. Same message, I restart my computer, try again, same message. So now, I'm trying to re-install...

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Why the hell would a anti-virus block a update? Anyway, I would think your firewall would be the culprit more so then a anti-virus.

gameguard.des needs to be permitted by your firewall.

I don't have my firewall on. My firewall is located in that Local Area Connection right?

This is weird. Because a message did pop up when my anti-virus program was on, saying it blocked it. But I disabled it, closed it. Still had the same message. I re-installed, still the same message.

Perhaps it damaged the file thinking it was malware. Many users have reported their scanners detecting Game Guard files as a Trojan.

Since you reinstalled... either something is blocking the connection, which includes your so called off firewall; start>Run>type 'msconfig' look under services and startup for your firewall process. Or just turn it on, and add exceptions...

Your anti virus could still be running in the background auto corrupting the files thinking they are malicious, either add exceptions or make sure it is completely off.
