It is not "her" sueing him, it is her parents, they found out she was "raped" by her boyfriend of 2 years. The story basically was they were both drunk, and she said "No" in a firm decision to not have sex. He thought otherwise, and kept going, forcing his penis inside of her. This leads to the question, even though it is classified as rape, its not really. Even though she said no, she wasn't in any danger. This happens to me and my girlfriend all the time, even i'll say no, after work, then she'll kiss and rub on me and we start getting intimate. Basically, how can this be trialed as rape, they are the exact same charges as some stranger grabbing you on the street and hurting you, abusing you, and maintaining sexual power over you. I ask you, do you honestly think, it should be trialed the same? Sure its wrong, but its completely different. |

And your girlfriend kissing and rubbing up on you to get intimate isn't the same thing as if she forced you too have sex, and she can't exactly force you , unless she had a gun or something. And why did you ask GzF about this? Go ask yahoo answers They have the weirdest **** on there. Just search date rape in google anyway | |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | No, you're not. I'll give an example Let's say for example, a male gets raped, well, anally. It is very possible to deny wanting the sex, but still able to "enjoy it", seeing how the prostate and inner rectum (anal ring?) have as much nerves as a female's clitoris. It is very possible to still orgasm. |
