The Expert Cartographer

Hmm

I was doing some reading on cartographers...( mapmakers)

How do you view life as a carographer in the 1600s-1700s??

Im just curious because it must have been an exciting , and unknown world.

It would have been fun to explore places no one has ever gone. Or see things that no one else have ever seen.

But walking across a continent. It may be just me who takes things for granted but I figure it would be boring work most of the time since chances are, you're not going to see very interesting things every hour of the journey.

Woulda been dangerous, stressing, very hard work. But rewards woulda been huge.
