Dreams - Some seirous thinking

This should be considered something serious enough to be under "Serious Thinking."

I've been curious as to what odd or strange dreams people might have. So curious, I decided to create a thread about it.

Feel free to discuss the dreams you've had, interpret people's dreams, and discuss your opinion about dreams. I have a few books here and there about dreams, I can give interpretations based on what I can excerpt from my books.

This has become a dream interpretation thread due to popular demand.

How does it work?

Ask me a question, about your dream. Ask about what your dream may mean. I will answer.

Are there rules?

There are a few rules. Please follow them.

1. No more than three dreams per post. Any more and I won't interpret anything after three.

2. You may NOT post any more dreams after your post until I've answered your last dreams.

3. You can edit in another dream before I interpret it as long as it's under three and you kept rule number two in force.

4. It does not matter if your post involves something such as sex or death. You can still post it. But if it gets seriously disgusting, then I will have to pass.

5. You are limited to three paragraphs per dream. I define a paragraph here as from five to eight sentences.

You can. But there's not many other people other than me who interpret dreams in this thread.

I had a dream that i was being raped by a guy and i was enjoying it but i didnt want to. And im serous to. -_- . And no im not gay. but wtf . how i dream this.?

This might represent one of two things. Either self acceptance (being proud of yourself) or distress from your friends.

was really fun, i killed loads of people and naded places for fun, it was like 2 weeks ago.

I'll share the dream I had last night, and I even remember what triggered it.

Heres the scene. I'm in the local with my mate Ryan and we're there to celebrate somebody we hardly knew's leaving do. We were in the right place at the right time I guess. This part btw, actually happened BEFORE the dream.

Anywho

Somehow We end up in a tube station. Now, more people I know have appeared out of nowhere. At this point, its pretty weird, but it gets stranger. I get on the train, which from time to time, changes between a double decker bus and an underground tube carriage. Leaving my friends on the platform and watching their faces blur as I went into a tunnel, I repeatidly have this ginger haired chick whispering shlt in my ear at this point. I cant remember what, but I remember IRL, she was at the leaving do. She looked better in the dream, lets leave it as T-H-A-T.

Now, to add to weirdness. After a brief "exchange" in a hotel room (dont ask how the dream got to THERE, its too weird) I'm now in the first room of MGS1, you know, when Snake scuba's in. Something happens, and I get all emo.

At this point, I woke up, slightly worried as to what I'd taken the night before. I think my mate actually DID drug the pizza we had the night before. Eitherway, weird dreams are common.

Dreams, in general, can be triggered by things you'd done. Recently or in the past, it doesnt matter. The brains an amazing thing. Furthermore, we actually have more then one dream. Its only ever the dream you had as you woke up that you remember.

Just think.

All those great/weird dreams you remember, think about what you cant remember =O

If you want a dream, eat lots of cheese before you go to bed (it has a chemical in it that triggers dreams and weird ones too)

This is very interesting. I do not have a general idea of what this might mean if you were drugged or anything.

The station denotes that it might be a reflection on a previous journey (or one you are about to take) which allowed you to reach a new mental/physical height. (This is denoted from the bus, the train, and the hotel.)

The bus may mean that you go along with the crowd. The girl whispering means that you need to pay closer attention to things and that it might represent a childlike nature. The emo thing might mean that your brain is telling you that you are closing yourself off from others.

I am curious as to what this adventure might be.

The brain is a mysterious thing. The fact that we use only 10% is even more intriguing to me. Perhaps some of the other 90% is used when we dream. For example, when one predicts the future in a dream.

Something odd to note, when you forget a dream, you usually will remember it in the future. These dreams are forgotten because you would wake up when the dream ends.

I cut the "exchange". Was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too colourful for this forum. Trust me. I'm assuming that shows sexual frustration.

As for shutting people out, I agree. To an extent. I dont need people as much as most do. Sure, I have friends, and I like them, but at the same time, I prefer to do things alone. I love to go out and hangout, but it gets boring sometimes. Especially when you do the same things.

What can I say, I'm slightly antisocial.

People I know, I can talk to on the level for ages, but people I dont, I couldnt really give a damn about.

Go along with a crowd? I disagree. I do what I want, when I want. If I feel I can help out, yeah, i'll go along. If they dont need me, I'll pass. The rest is interesting, i'll bear it in mind.

I had a REALLY weird dream...

K so like there were these 2 girls 1 with blue hair and 1 with red, they were dressed in these weird sorta furturistic outfits, but it wasn't chrome.. anyways, apparantly they were twins and they were a singing group. so anyways, i was watching the dream from like a directors point of view, and they were making a music video, the blue haired one started singing (don't ask me what) and she all of a sudden got surrounded in this like Purple transparent fire, but it didn't burn her...

And then i woke up lol

its odd because this is like one of the only dreams i remember
