| Former Caustic Mod Golden Gunzfactorian ![]() | Depends on if you think you have a soul or not. I think people do. Personally, I haven't decided what they do after death. Is the body the only anchor the the physical realm? Will death and the cutting of the tie move my conciousness to my immaterial self (soul) to exist in world that souls move and reside in? Or will it instead move beyond that to another plane? Will my self instead refuse to give up the physical realm and stay connected to the material world? Will lose all consciousness and my soul just be recycled and tied to another body? |

Your soul/mind/whatever is you. The real you. Your body isnt. Its more like a pair of pants or some sort of covering. Im not exact on after death, but its likley that there are more than one place for souls to go. Guess is, its your choice.

Will i ever get a donut? Can pheerful ever get laid? Does odin Really like pie? Questions everyone wonders, yet won't have the answer. However, in seriousness, I find reincarnation is an interesting subject. re·in·car·na·tion (re-n-kär-n-shn) Pronunciation Key n. Rebirth of the soul in another body. A reappearance or revitalization in another form; a new embodiment: “The brownstone had already endured one reincarnation: In the 1940's, it was converted into eight studio apartments” (Ben Lloyd). As defined by dictionary.com So basically, if you believe in any afterlife, etc, and don't believe in reincarnation, your a liar. in christianity we believe we are "endowed", or our soul rather, as perfect beings, living in paradise, essentially. However some other beliefs of othere religions include this. You have several spiritual planes, plateaus. With nirvana the one you want to be at. And that you had to learn lifes lessons to get to the next plane of existance, or incarnation. Anga it all depends on what you feel. I'm not going to lie and say religion is the way. Because it isn't.However i firmly believe in God, Creator, Savior,Father, and Friend. Things most people mistake, is that they have to be associated with this or that. I do not associate myself with religion, but rather the ideals behind it. I follow the bible, and God. Not an Organization. If you choose religious ideals, then let me encourage, follow what the scriptures/teachings of that religion say, not what the men(or women) have to say. Always look it up for yourself. Don't trust them outright that everything they say is true, rather find out your beliefs for yourself. Because if you don't, you will always doubt them, ever wondering, never sure. But if you take the time to figure it out on your own, you will have a firm foundation on which your beliefs are based. One last thing. Religion=/=Beliefs. I can follow god, and not the religion. I know, it's a hard thing to say, and understand. But i can't explain it very well. What i'm trying to say, is follow what's behind the ideals, rather than the people/things in front of them. well thats enough typing for me, bit off topic. but meh ![]() Last edited by Dakantos; 10-27-2006 at 06:18 AM.

Everything I put in the form of a question is pretty much possibilities I've entertained or am about 90% sure of. Odd characteristic of speech I have. Easier to understand in person. Quote:
You will enter a gas station and gaze into the Krispy Kreme display. You will gain a total of 3 pounds from donut eating alone in your lifetime. Pheer will get sucked into a frat and turn into the snarky wingman. He will sleep with the friends of the hot girl he was really after. Odin loves pie all night long baby. He's got the burn marks to prove it. In all honesty I don't spend much time if any time considering what happens after death. I feel that it's what you do in this life with others that's important.
