| Moderator | I was surfing YouTube and came across a few interesting videos consisting of alternate magnetic sources of energy. It appears that these two inventions are capable of replacing all other energy sources as we know them today. The generator in the first video is especially impressive as it could mean free energy for everyone that owns one. YouTube - Free Energy - No Fuel Magnetic Motor YouTube - Electromagnetic Over Unity Power Plant What do you guys think? Pretty cool? Certainly a promising possibility, but it sounds a little bit too good to be true. One thing that bothers me a little bit is that there is little research on the effects of magnetic fields on humans. Somehow I forsee that, assuming this technology is implemented throughout, something drastic will spring up (perhaps it will effect the animals' sense of direction). |

![]() | So... According to this you can put 5kw into a machine and get 25kw out? Doesn't that break some laws? I believe that if it works, it works and the physical proofs prove most. So if what he say is true this is truly revolutionary and it's a shame scientists deny it. I have my doubts though. |

| Moderator | That's true, but that's where the problem lies. Having various and relatively powerful magnets all over earth could disrupt the Earth's magnetic field in some way. Likewise, the natural biological mechanism that guides animals could be disrupted as well. Have you ever seen the movie The Core? |

the only other concern at the moment is the iron the blood and how it would be effected with magnets. Lol i've never seen the core >.<

The Core is science fiction film that basically captures the effects of what happens to Earth after its core suddenly stops rotating. The animals' internal navigation system are disrupted and they smash into random objects/windows/people, etc. The magnetic field is disrupted and the Earth is bombarded by X rays, and other harmful radiation from the sun (melting a bunch of stuff). Another words all hell breaks loose, and then it's up to a few scientists to fix the mess and save the Earth. Fun film to watch if you're into science fiction.

and assuming that i know how this generator works, they have a few electicly charged metal coils (aka electro-magnets) which spin a turbine around (angles of the magnet repels and attract the opposing side of the turbine) creating electrical energy (in addition to heat (friction) and sound). So some energy is loss in the friction/sound but i suppose the turbines gives out 5x of the one x that's put into the magnets so Let x be the energy put into the device Then the output is 5x x+magnets+device = 5x

Germans found out how to recreate oil back in the 80's ... it used more energy making it than the oil made.
