Legalize Marijuana (in UK)

Hey all

I just wanted to know what your thoughts are on the legalization of cannabis in your country or the UK.

I think it should be legalized, its the most used drug in UK only behind alcohol. I think Police waste their time and could be fighting more harder crimes with their time.

With a new Mayor, Boris Johnson it could happen?

What are your thoughts on it?

Caffeine is a drug.
Stuff you find in drug stores are drugs.
Tobacco is also a legal drug, that's probably not good for you.

Marijuana should be legalized for medicinal uses. Someone who has cancer rather go smoke a joint than pop an oxycotin. While the opiates seemingly more harmful to your body with rapid addiction rates. While with marijuana only physciological aspects of the drug are addicted to some. It's going to be abused, whether is legal or not. Also to some its might as well be legal because they only have a small acount and never get caught.

Marijuana is legal in states from medicinal uses, and you can actually get a prescription from the doctor to go to a pot shop for it. But the for the federal government, its illegal and they can raid the pot shops of all its contents. But you can get a reconmendation from a doctor to smoke it, but getting some is all up to you.
