This is a question for PayPal users.

-When it says Currency balance $0.00 ~ Does that mean I have to put money on PayPal or does it mean I havent bought anything? I just setup the account..

oh sorry didn't fully read...just kinda scanned through and my eyes disintegrated due to the speed my eyes moved from left to right of the screen.

but yeah, means you have nothing in your PP account.

u have to add money to your paypal account. if you want to transfer money from pp to your bank account you read the instructions.
