Earlier today, while getting carts for Krogers I had about seven small ones (these don't stay together... so you have to hold the front one with one hand, and the back with the other). I pass a woman who has a medium cart, (which I cannot safely take), who is smiling. I smile back at her and tell her, "sorry mam, I can't take that cart. you're going to have to put it in the cart rack. Have a nice day." I come back out in a minute, and she drives up to me, lowers her window, and says "are you ready? [something] You little ass hole. I'm ***ing reporting you for not taking my cart. When I'm done you won't work here anymore" (something along those lines) And of course, instead of reporting me, she drives away...? The joys of working. |
