| Gunzfactorian Bird | Keep attempting to do it in every day game play. Don't practice by yourself thats just boring. Also a tip, I find it much easier just to play then actually trying so hard to focus on doing the move because I hesitate and screw up. Remember just learn the controls you need to do, THATS IT. And keep doing that with them over and over you're going to get faster as time progresses. |

| Member | I mastered Light Step (I think that's the one) before I could do fluent Butterflies. I think my finger got used to dashing, so I could BF better. Just keep on mashing those keys for the dash. Also, this might be your problem: You are holding shift too long. I'm not sure, but I think you're only supposed to tap shift. If you hold it too long, I find that I cannot dash on the next butterfly. |

| The One and Only | For the longest time, I couldn't do butterfly. I did the combination correctly and quickly enough, but something always happened that would make my guy just kinda' stall in the middle of the move. Then, I tried playing on my friend's computer. On my friend's computer, I could probably go a whole deathmatch with minimal deaths using only a sword. My butterfly was so perfect. I came to the conclusion that it was his keyboard, as my computer doesn't lag, so that isn't the problem. I still haven't gotten a new keyboard, so I can't tell you for sure that's what my problem was, but I'm almost positive. |

![]() | Practice light-step. Jump -> dash ->slash ->dash. And do this in quick succession in one jump. When you get the hang of it, exchange that last dash for a guard. ^___^ Practice ss tap first. Jump -> slash -> switch. When you can do that relatively fast, add a dash in the middle of jump -> slash. So now it's.. Jump -> dash -> slash -> switch |

![]() | Nah. Light step is a good approach step for covering distance with small enemy fire. Continuous dashing is best for moving in blank areas where there is little chance of enemy popping up. Light step is like the precursor hs without switches too. xD |

If you were using a more advanced move, you would be traveling faster or at the same speed, yet have a faster reaction when fighting back because the advanced moves usually involve pulling out a gun. |
