Intro So what IS hardCore-style? hardCore-style, or c-style when shortened, is the latest style to be introduced to Gunz. Where k-style and h-style use all sorts of fancy and useless sword moves and d-style uses half-assed versions of k-style moves, c-style uses nothing! Yes, c-style is a no-melee-style only intended for hardcore players of Gunz. So, I ask you--are you hardcore enough? 2. Weapon Combonations Rifle - Shotgun This is a great gateway into the hardcore world. It's not the most hardcore setup ever but it's not SO bad. Hardcore Factor: 5 Shotgun - Shotgun Wow. This is for all you trance listeners. Everyone in the electronic music world knows trance is the lowliest form of low with only a few exceptions, and this ain't one of them. The only way it can be less hardcore is if it had a sword or dagger. Hardcore Factor: 2 Rifle - MG This is sprayer-ville! The perfect balance of accuracy and high spread, and they're both automatic! When people call you "sprayer noob", it means they're praising your hardcore skills. They just don't truly understand. Hardcore Factor: 8 SMG - MG Unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce unce kick up the bass! Hardcore Factor: 8 SMG - SMG Sometimes things are just TOO hardcore--like speedcore. Hardcore Factor: 10 MG - MG Although it's a lot like SMG - SMG, it's nowheres near THAT hardcore. You'll keep firing like crazy, and this works great against braindead zombies, which I hear servers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 have a lot of. Hardcore Factor: 7 Kodachi - Flashbangs Okay, this is the only sword setup that doesn't TOTALLY suck at being hardcore. You just can't butterfly, only flashstep (pun intended). And flashbangs, man, they're so hardcore! When they're blinded you can shove a sword up their ass. Hardcore Factor: 3 Rocket (Maxwell) - Rocket (Maxwell) If you can reload step, this is for you. Hardcore Factor: 7 Rocket - MG It's hardcore because you'll be walking slower than everyone else with two totally different weapons. To add to the hardcore effect, wear beach clothes. Everyone knows beach clothes are rly hardcoer. Hardcore Factor: 9 Rocket - Shotgun Psssshhhhhhhhhhhhhh Hardcore Factor: 2 3. Basic Moves Jump Press space What happens when you do this complicated move is the muscles in your toes pushes your body off the ground into the air. Walk Press W, A, S, or D This is a little more complicated--it combines muscles in your legs too! Shoot Press the left mouse button WOAH HOLY CRAP YOU'RE LOSING ME HERE Somersault Double tap W, A, S, or D Tumble is the non-hardcore name for it. Type Killing Find someone who is typing > Kill them The ability to type kill is a sign of a person who may have a chance at being a good c-styler like me 4. Hardcore Moves Hardcore Type Killing Act like a retard > Make them start typing > Kill them I'm ****ing pro at hardcore type killing. Even when I settle for pussy styles like k-style I always use this move. Hardcore Ventrillo Access the GZF Ventrillo Server > Play speedcore and noizecore music ALL NIGHT LONG Everyone will be happy that they're getting to know the hardcore world, so I see no harm. Hardcore Reload Press enter > Type in "/suicide" Simply put, if you're REALLY hardcore and you need to reload, you've failed as a hardcore player. By this level of hardcoreness, the game should of recognized your skills and will automatically fill your gun up with bullets galore every time you run out. Hardcore Butterfly Jump > Dash > Slash > Block Dan: What's a butterfly Tim: Dance move Dan: So TDMs are dance-offs? Nothing is more hardcore than dancing except not using a sword. Hardcore Hacking Shut down the server Zhen must be rly hardcoer. I bet he listens to m1dy. Hardcore Hacking (Variant) Make a game called "Sulfin's Lair" `Nuff said. Hardcore Lagging Start to lag > Kill people "OMG LAGUR KIK" Hardcore Lagging (Variant) Buy an overpriced T1 connection T1 connections are so awesome because they suck total ass and they so much money. If you're hardcore, you'll go get a T1 connection. Chances are you'll spike like hell! 5. Closing It doesn't matter if you win or lose--you're hardcore. In essence, you've already won every match.   | Re: hardCore-Style Guide Nothing wrong with tk'ing anyway, if you have the nerve to type in the middle of crossfire then you're just begging to get killed. I always find it special when everyone stops shooting at eachother to see who can kill the typing jackass first. Those are the few times where the GunZ community can come together and truly be happy. |
