I just "Found" this...Now i got to decode what it mean.

I'm pretty sure only Maiet knows what it says.

But I'm putting my money on: graphic artist wanted to make the weapon have a little extra to it by putting writing on it, there was no intent for it to say anything, he just made it look as if it has writing on it.

Not to mention the fact, it would no doubt be korean writing, and maiet wouldn't have changed it for english version. So if it really does say anything you're going to have to translate it first.

Maybe Maiet put that there just to make the gun look authentic. Such as Model type, manufacturer, warnings, safety instructions, etc. Or perhaps Maiet has a message for us players.
