Guide for starting out with a new character

Ok, So you're new to GunZ and you want to start out and become "pro". This is a helpful guide for most new-comers to use and hopefully help them level up.

Number 1.
Name:
You should choose any name you like, but now, Ijji GunZ made it so you can't use "alt codes" any more (an alt code is a combination of the alt key and nubmers on the numpad).

Number 2
Character:
If you are really new to the whole game, start out with what ever gender, face, and hair you want. But when it comes to choose weapons, you might want to choose the double smg's. They help alot and when starting out can be really usefull in quest too.

Genders are not that important, but just keep in mind that (for me personally) it is easier to do K-Style with a girl then a guy. I am not sure why but I have gotten used to the animations of the girl and it is weird with a guy. But in my own perspective, you should start out with a girl.

Number 3
Leveling Up:
The higher level you are, the more exp it takes to level up. Exp is short for Experience. When you kill someone a number should come up like "+80". That means you got 80 experience for killing that one person. As you level up and in Clan War you can get around 3,000 exp from killing high level 60's. Another thing that happens, it when you are in any of the Free Channels, Private Channels, or Clan channels, you can lose exp. This occurs when a low level (lets say a level 2) kills a higher level (a level 20).

Quick and easy ways for some people to earn exp is by questing. I suggest questing with other people (Mansion Quest) untill you are level 5. Also you can DM. Dm is an abreveation for Deathmatch. In deathmatch everyone is trying to kill each other. Mansion dm is fun and also very easy to earn exp for any level.

Number 4
Learning Different Moves:
You might see people doing crazy tricks and moves that you want to learn how to do, this is most likely called K-Style. K-Style means Korean Style (Korean GunZ was the first GunZ created and the Koreans made this style). K-Style Includes Bf, Dbf, Hs, Rs, Hhs, and more.

Bf- Bf stands for Butterfly. You do this and all K-Style moves by pressing a combination of keys. Bf is hard to learn at first but when you get it it is very usefull.
Keys: Jump>Dash>Slash>Block

Dbf- Dbf stands for Double Butterfly. This is more advanced and it is hard to learn.
Keys: Jump>Dash>Slash>Block>Slash>Block

D-Style:
D-Style stands for Dagger Style and if you can master that and K-Style thats awesome. The dagger is very fast and lightweight and has a very low delay (Delay is how long it takes for you to shoot and attack for a 2nd and 3nd time). The only weakness about the dagger is it cannot block. Instead it lunges at your opponant and knocks them down (unless they safe fall). Also, if you are versing someone with a sword, and continously stab them and they turtle, you can get nailed with a massive. A helpful thing is that if you are versing a turtling person, continously press left click (or your shoot/attack button) and when you get them to have a massive move (so go near them get a stab in and then dash away so they cant hit you with the massive).


Number 5
Bounty:
Bounty is what is used as money in GunZ. You get it by killing a person, or by questing. The higher the level you get, the more new guns cost. Same with swords. An easy way to get bounty is by Dm'ing.

Like I said, I am adding more later,

and btw, I happen to be not bad at D-Style considering I was 30-2 with my level 22 iMafia in a duel. So.... Yeah I will post up more stuff soon. But thanks for pointing that out. =]

Start out as the character with Dual Revs, sell the meds, buy sword and sell dagger (unless you D-style), and buy SMG's. That way, you make a profit and you start out the game with Revs and SMG's.

instead of selling the meds, just use the 1,000 bounty you start with, and use that to buy the smg and sword. lmao that way you have both :P
