| Gunzfactorian Hero | Ok guys, after seeing how the interactive aiming topic took off, I think it would be cool to try this out. Post up your tip, and i'll give you your name on each tip you give. Please submit THOUGHTFUL tips. K-Style Tips Page When using K-Style, you should mix in different directions (don't continue to use a Left > Right / Right > Left HS). Use short unorthodox directions. ~ Scuba If you force someone into recoiling, don't massive them unless you know 100% it's going to hit. Otherwise, just shoot their feet. ~ P1n0yPr1d3 Don't do all of that fancy **** and attempt to kill them if you can't even aim. It's better to just strafe left and right and aim to kill them. Once you get that down, do all that fancy stuff. ~ P1n0yPr1d3 Last edited by Scuba; 03-24-2008 at 07:03 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | D-Style Tips Page Don't just shoot around with your gun, try to get in stabbing combos, but do not overstab. Instead, stab, dash away, and shoot. However, don't overdo this one either, because the enemy will just butterfly you to death ~ Mad Hank Camp a lot, when it's not dangerous. Combining grenades and camping usually gives best results: If you miss with a reload shot, they still run into a nade. Be careful not to blow yourself up though. ~ Mad Hank It's safer to shoot people than to stab people ~ pieguy314 Last edited by Scuba; 03-24-2008 at 06:57 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | Quest Tips Page In prison quest, equip a dagger, then attract all of the enemies. After you get them in one big mob, stab and circle them while your partners shoot at them. ~ P1n0yPr1d3 Last edited by Scuba; 03-24-2008 at 06:58 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | Sword Tips Page Mix in ground tactics with your air tactics to make a stronger style. ~ Scuba Don't rely on slashing down to go through a block. A simply block up will stun you. ~ Scuba An angle block of 45º works rather well. ~ Scuba When using Phase Slash (AKA Angling), Use at LEAST 80º to the left or right. ~ Scuba Always make sure you are in control of your fighting style. If you lose control, you can easily throw an unwanted massive or go into your opponents range. ~ Scuba Figure out where your opponents range of ping is, and always make an attempt to start off with a lead shot, then follow through with tactics. ~ Scuba For 200+ Ping, a good idea is to use a simple chainsaw butterfly then back off and repeat. ~ Scuba Always use quick thinking to stay ahead of your opponent. If you fail to notice something, you'll get your ass kicked easily ~ Scuba Last edited by Scuba; 03-24-2008 at 07:08 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | Team Deathmatch Tips Page (2vs2, 3vs3, 4vs4, CW, and so on) When using numbers (2vs1, 1vs2, 3vs2, ETC) say YOUR TEAM first then THE OTHER TEAM. (If you say 1vs2, its you vs 2) When confronted with a 1vs2, never stay close. Always keep mid~far range, potshot, and run. Staying close will only get you killed. ~ Scuba In a 2vs2, It is wise to pick off the easier opponent to kill, then team the other player. ~ Scuba When doing a 2vs1, try to pincer attack (one gets in front, and the other gets behind) to gang your opponent. If you do this correctly, the opponent will have to run through one of you to escape. ~ Scuba For Clan war, it's always bright to have a selected CW partner you know ~ Scuba + r0yalty In CW, If one of you is good at sword techniques, then let that player sword, while the other stands back. ~ Scuba + r0yalty Try not to stick to one pattern of play in CW ~ Scuba + r0yalty Last edited by Scuba; 03-24-2008 at 07:02 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | MISC. Tips Page Ego is a part of GunZ, and you will run into it no matter what. If someone decides to spam you because of a kick and/or beating, just ignore them. Immature brats aren't worth the attention. ~ Scuba Keep your calm if you want to win. Getting angry takes off of your concentration, and will make you easier to kill. ~ Scuba In a fight, save 1 bullet in at least one gun and then hide behind a corner. If they're stupid, they'll dash towards you, and that's your chance to PB them. RS as soon as they're in range. If they BF, then just flip, aim, and RS. ~ P1n0yPr1d3 If an enemy has a rocket, stay back and spam, or just wall cancel and fly around and shoot them. ~ P1n0yPr1d3 Last edited by Scuba; 03-24-2008 at 07:12 PM. |

![]() | Don't turtle laggers Never travel in a straight line to or away from an opponent, especially against a sprayer Don't get upset or angry when people annoy you or insult you; be courteous. Don't judge people by their weapons Groundslash dbf turtlers (unless it's me). I've seen 1 person skyblock turtle before. Dbfing left and right in gladiator games works, but it makes you seem like a ***** Always watch pings Quit to lobby and rejoin a game if you get NAT on everyone If someone says "turtel mre pl0x" then do. It's hillarious. Never cheat in response to cheating, but tk in response to tk Make sure someone deserves to be kicked before kicking them. Aim. Lead. Learning new moves doesn't help as much as mastering old ones Watch an opponent's style, find, and exploit their weaknesses. Always bow in duel games, and memorize if opponents bow or not. Never taunt when you beat someone. Don't repeat the same moves over and over again (like hsing in place and such.) Against laggers, move in straight lines left or right, and don't crossover your path. Be cheap after you massive someone; gun insta, pb, you name it. Learn to aim for the feet after massiving. If someone gets you in a repeated flip trap, just take out your gun and shoot them. Don't swap. Don't n-step. Work as a team. (Don't split up) If your ally is bfing an opponent, take the opportunity to pb. RS spam and reload while chasing an enemy. Most likely, they won't shoot back. (It's difficult to run whilst facing away from where you're going.) If an enemy is running, don't chase him, but try to cover exits while shooting. If you're running to heal, make sure you lose your stalker before dropping meds. Use the corner trick on Town, but be careful, some people expect it. Use skyblock; most people don't sky break. Use skybreak; I've seen 1 person ground block the first time. Play for fun. Last edited by Xelblade; 03-22-2008 at 01:49 PM. |

![]() | Even that wouldn't be E-style really. E-style would probably be advice on when to tumble and such. Like "Tumble at an angle past a bfer and shoot. Most don't expect it." Hmm, the difficult part about these tips is that they differ greatly depending on who you're fighting, a pro or a beginner. Most people don't lead, don't know what groundslash is, sky block, and don't skybreak. About half of them recover from insta, can pb your feet after a massive, and know what leading is but don't do it right. Last edited by Xelblade; 03-22-2008 at 01:54 PM. |
